Order Cancellation and Changes
For customized items:
You can withdraw or change your purchase within the 6 hours’ timeframe after the order was placed. After ordered by arranged to produce, you can't cancel the order.
For Stocked Items:
Please contact us within the 12-hour timeframe and we will change or withdraw it for free.
However, if the item has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel or change your order.
What if you don’t want extensions anymore? You can always return them to us upon receiving for a full refund (minus the shipping costs).
If you have received the correct hair extensions but don't want them anymore(don't like it or don't need it ), please send them back to us and receive a full refund (minus the shipping costs).
If you have received the wrong hair extensions (wrong color, length, texture), you can exchange them for another set or receive a full refund.
Please send the package by a regular post office shipping and more importantly, NEVER use express shipping (Including Fedex/UPS/DHL). Otherwise, refunds will be not issued due to tremendous import fees that these shipping companies and customs charge us.
Refunds will only be issued after we receive hair extensions, if the package is lost in the post office during return stage, and you have no tracking information or proof of shipment, the refund will not be provided, since we have not received anything back.
After we receive hair extensions, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
- Please Contact Us Before Returning the Package.------It is important to contact us before returning the package as the address varies by region. Returning order directly to the sender may result in the package being lost. As a result, we won’t be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
- Defective or Wrong Items.-------If you have received wrong or defective item, please contact as soon as possible with your order number and a clear picture of item you have received. If you have decided to use or tone hair extensions, the refunds are not guaranteed.
Stolen or Lost Packages
It is our job to arrange the delivery to you as our client. However, if the courier claims that the package has been delivered yet you claim otherwise, we ask our clients to contact the courier immediately, since they are the ones who have the data on delivery. Any complains related to the stolen packages (especially if you live in a bad neighborhood) should be sent to your local shipping company.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
However, you should not be worried as there is a special missing item claim that you need to fill at your local courier station (we can supply you with the necessary documents that confirm item shipment), which will allow you to obtain a compensation. .

Custom Duties And Refusals
All items are shipping from China. We do our best to offer you the most reliable and affordable way of shipping.However, international delivery and transit times are sometimes dependent on the courier and local customs.
Every country treats imported products differently and we have no way of knowing each country laws. Therefore,
- We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes( customs fee vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties.
- If buyer rejects the package and does not take it, the buyer is responsible for all the fees and must return them to the seller as well as the shipping company or customs.
- If the carrier is unable to deliver item due to rare circumstances (can’t find buyer at home and have no way of contacting buyer), any fees associated with item return to mrshair must be paid by the buyer.
